As part of our business model, we do not offer refunds on any purchases, subscriptions, or digital services. This policy is in place due to the nature of our services, which include immediate access to digital content and platform features.

2. Free Trial & Subscription Cancellation

We offer a free trial to allow users to evaluate our services before committing to a subscription. Users can cancel their subscription at any time before their next billing cycle without incurring any penalties. Since users have the opportunity to assess the service during the trial period, refunds will not be issued after subscription payments are processed.

3. Refunds for One-Time Purchases

We do not provide refunds for any one-time purchases of digital services, content, or platform features. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are final.

4. Refunds for Discounted Items

Refunds are not available for discounted or promotional offers. All sales made under discounts or special pricing are final and non-refundable.

5. Custom Work & Bespoke Services

We do not offer refunds on any custom work or bespoke services provided through the Digital Training Diary platform.

6. Suspected Abuse or Fraud

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms of Service.

7. Chargeback and Payment Dispute Resolution

If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider, we will investigate the claim and respond accordingly. Chargebacks initiated due to an unauthorised transaction should be reported to us as soon as possible so that we can assist in resolving the issue. If a chargeback is filed for a transaction that aligns with our refund policy, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence to the payment provider to contest the chargeback. Users who submit fraudulent or excessive chargeback requests may have their accounts suspended or restricted from future transactions on our platform.
